Having a party, meeting, or just a get together with friends or family? Remember the Colonies Clubhouse is available for rental to members of the Colonies Swim and Tennis Club. Members may also sponsor a non-member to rent the clubhouse.

Rental fees as of 1/1/2011 are listed in the brochure (link above).

Rentals where alcohol will be served will require an ABC Banquet license. The license needs to be presented before the key to the clubhouse can be given to the person(s) renting the clubhouse. Information regarding ABC Banquet licenses can be found at www.abc.state.va.us.
