Membership Information

There are three different membership categories for The Colonies Swim and Tennis Club, and they are as follows:

Class A Membership

Any Colonies homeowner is eligible for Class A membership at any time. This membership carries a one-time initiation fee of $1,700 and yearly dues of $475. This covers all members of the household.

Class B Membership

This category covers select homes in the Milhaven subdivision which were deeded to be eligible for membership when the homes were originally built. A list of these homes is shown below. This membership has a one time initiation fee of $1,700 and yearly dues of $475

Class C Membership

Class C membership is a category that covers perspective members that are not eligible for membership under Class A or B membership. This category has yearly dues of $725 and is renewable on a yearly basis. This is a year to year membership that is available on a limited basis. Prospective members may place their name on a waiting list by sending an e-mail to Robert Marks, Membership Chairman, at rdm_va@yahoo.com Currently, there is a 1-2 year waiting list for this category of membership.
