Pool & Gazebo Rental Information

Having a party, meeting or just a get together with friends or family? Remember the Colonies Pool is available for rental to members of the Colonies Swim and Tennis Club. Members may also sponsor a non-member to rent the pool. The pool may be rented after the normal operating hours until 12:00am (no music is allowed after 11:00pm).

Pool rental fees are as follows:

• $35 per hour.

• $11 per hour per Lifeguard. A minimum of three (3) Lifeguards must be on duty. The exact number of Lifeguards required will be determined by the Pool Manager and will be based on the expected number of guests and whether or not alcohol will be served. Each Lifeguard's schedule includes one half hour for clean up. Lifeguards must be paid the night of the party.

All rentals will require a $100.00 security deposit.

Rentals where alcohol will be served will require an ABC Banquet license. Information regarding ABC Banquet licenses can be found at www.abc.state.va.us.

Gazebo reservation:

• The Gazebo can be reserved for small parties during the swim season. There is no cost if only members of the CSTC will be in attendance. However, if guests will be attending, each guest will be $5.00 or $50.00 maximum.
