Important InformationTeamPages - TeamPages will be the main way coaches and the swim team members communicate. If you were on the Colonies Swim Team TeamPages group last year, you should be a continuing member and should continue to receive relevant team communications. If you are a new swim team family, please visit http://www.teampages.com/ and complete the registration. Once the moderator matches your email to your registration email and your registration is complete, you will be added to the Colonies Swim Team TeamPages. If you have difficulty with registration for TeamPages, or have other TeamPages questions, please contact Chris McCracken (ColoniesSwimClub@gmail.com).
Volunteer meet shifts - Generally, families are required to work four meet shifts. It is possible to work less than four meet shifts. Please see the "Ways to Reduce Your Volunteer Shift Requirement" information included herein. It is preferred that families work all three home meets and one away meet. However, if this is not feasible due to meets you must miss, please sign up for as many different meets as you can.
Swapping Volunteer Shifts - If you need to swap a volunteer shift after initial registration, please use TeamPages and find someone to switch shifts. Once you finalize the switch, please contact Martha Gilg, Volunteer Coordinator, through TeamPages and inform her of the switch.
