Welcome to the Colonies!
The Colonies at Wilde Lake (CWLA) is a Virginia corporation of which all home owners in the Colonies subdivision are members. CWLA's primary duty is to enforce the covenants. In addition to this, CWLA organizes numerous neighborhood social functions, publishes a newsletter and annual directory, carries out various beautification activities, and monitors the county zoning actions that could affect Colonies residents.

The Colonies Courier is published the first week of February, April, June, August, October, and December. If you have any content to include, please email to publications@colonieshome.com.

Next CWLA Board Meeting
CWLA Board Meeting for Jan 16, 2012 has been rescheduled to Jan 12 @ 7pm.
Unless circumstances require a change, the CWLA Board meets on the 3rd Monday of January, March, May, July, September, and November at 7 PM at the Colonies Swim & Tennis Clubhouse.

All Colonies homeowners are welcome.
